The location is excellent for accessing the seaside.

Upon arrival, I had trouble with the door code and was initially given access to an occupied room. The heating in my room wasn't sufficient, making my stay uncomfortable, especially given the cold weather outside. I was left with a feeling of uncertainty as I didn't want to disturb anyone at the front desk for an extra heater after my earlier experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay feel welcoming.

The requirement to pay a security deposit and the delay in receiving my refund significantly detracted from my experience.

Friendly staff and great location near the beach. The room was equipped with everything needed, including a fridge and openable windows for sea views.

Noise levels in the morning were excessive. The mattress didn't fit well, causing discomfort during the night.

absolutley disgusting experience. my filthy room was already occupied when I arrived, leaving me to fend for myself. never thought I’d be worried sleeping in a place that smelled of smoke and cleaner. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but simply couldn’t, especially as I didn't get an upgrade despite this disaster.

Wi-Fi was weak, but luggage storage was handy. Electric kettle in room was a plus.

i stayed at devine beach hotel, westcliff over valentine's day, and it really exceeded my expectations. the room was tidy and equipped with plenty of snacks and beverages, which was a nice touch. i loved how welcoming the staff was—they truly made it feel special.
